Oakland Cottage Bed and Breakfast is a kid friendly bed and breakfast (one of the few truly child friendly bed and breakfasts you will find in Asheville) and a pet friendly bed and breakfast (view more about our pet policies, fees and pet agreement requirement) and is just 1.5 miles from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate.  Get your discounted 2 day tickets directly from us and have them waiting for you in your room for arrival, avoiding the crowds at the ticket center.  Biltmore Tickets are $55 each when purchased from us and are good for any two consecutive days.  Tickets are for entry to the Estate, grounds, gardens, trails on the 8,000 acres, Antler Hill Village and Farm, Winery with wine tasting.  Additionally, should your plans change, unused tickets are fully refundable.

The inside of the Biltmore Estate itself is wonderful yet do not miss other wonderful things to see and do at the Biltmore Estate - be sure and also visit the Conservatory (Greenhouse) with Orchid collection and more, the Gardens, trails around the Bass Pond and Lagoon, Antler Hill Village, farm and barn and the Winery with wine tasting, all included in your daytime pass.  The inside tour itself closes earlier in the winter months, so be sure and check times during your visit.

Weekday specials at Oakland Cottage B&B: year round: Stay on Sunday through Thursday nights for extra savings year round. Sunday through Thursday nights are discounted 10% off the weekend nightly rate. there are no minimum stay requirements on weekday nights (weekend nights require a 2-night minimum stay - except on short notice or in-between other bookings when only one night is available - "pinch nights").

Winter Discount Season at Oakland Cottage B&B: Save on weekend nights in our Winter Discount Season, when weekend nights are discounted by 10%, and there are no minimum stay requirements. Weekday nights are discounted by 15% for even more savings! The Winter Discount Season is the first Sunday in January after New Year's until the first Friday in April.

Asheville Cabin Rentals and Vacation Rentals Specials

WEEKDAY SAVINGS: Stay on Sunday through Thursday nights for extra savings year round. The more weekday nights in your reservation, the lower your nightly rate will average out to be. 

WEEKLY SAVINGS: Stay 7 nights or longer for the best nightly rate. Staying 7 nights is equivalent to one free night at our Cabins and Vacation Rentals.

Winter Discount Season at our Asheville Vacation Rentals and Asheville Cabin Rentals is from the first Sunday in January after the New Year's Day weekend to the first Friday in April.   2-night minimum stay required - weekend nights are discounted by 25% off the high season weekend rates and weekday nights are discounted by 30% off the high season weekend rates.  Stay with us in our winter season for great savings!  A stack of Wood is provided at our Vacation Rentals and Cabin Rentals at no extra charge, where there are wood-burning fireplaces (bring your own kindling or fire starters!).
