The Little Garden Room is next door to The Garden Room and may be combined with The Garden Room as The Garden Suite (with the double lock-out doors between the two rooms).  There is a Queen bed in the Little Garden Room, and a full private bath with clawfoot tub/shower combination.  Other amenities include in-room coffee maker, cable TV, hairdryer.  Complimentary WIFI is availble in the room and throughout Oakland Cottage.  Many windows look out over the back yard with some views through the trees of downtown Asheville.  The Little Garden Room is an absolutely delightful Asheville bed and breakfast room!

The Garden Room is a spacious Asheville bed and breakfast with a King bed, full private bath with jetted tub/shower combination; there is an additional daybed with trundle for an extra guest or two.  Enjoy the private deck with bistro table & chairs, through sliding glass doors and overlooking the back yard. Additional amenities of the Garden Room include mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker & electric kettle, Cable TV & hairdryer.  Fast and free Wi Fi is available throughout the house.

Oakland Cottage Information

A full breakfast is served each morning in the dining area anytime between 8:30 and 9:30. A lighter option may be made available with advance notice, prior to or after the breakfast hour noted above.  Allergies and diet restrictions may also be accommodated - please give us advance notice!

All rates are based on double occupancy. Add $15 nightly fee for each additional guest if more than 2 guests per suite or room, $5 nightly if the additional guest is 12 years old or younger.

Winter Discount Season is the first Sunday in January after New Year's Day until the first Friday in April. Inquire about special rates and discounted tickets available during this time of year.

Two-night minimum stays are required on weekend nights, except in some short-notice instances or in cases where a single night is available in-between existing bookings. Sunday through Thursdays are discounted, except during holiday weeks.
