Sunset Vista is wonderful 60's rancher with 3BR 2BA and room for 2 to 8 guests. Amenities at Sunset Vista include Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, and seating on the spacious back deck with year round fantastic views; and just 3 miles to downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Sunset Vista is next door to Asheville Mountain Vista if you have a larger group and need to expand.

The Blue Ridge Parkway is wonderful for hiking, walking, and driving.   The Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor's Center, at MPM 384, is open year round and easily accessible from many points within Asheville.  The Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor's Center is open 9am to 5pm daily, except Thanksgiving and Christmas days.  Don't miss the 22 minute award winning film about the construction and history of the Parkway, along with maps, hiking tips, trail guides and more at the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center.  The Folk Art Center, MPM 382, also open year round, is just 2 miles from the Visitor's Center and another spot to visit on the Blue Ridge Parkway.  The Folk Art Center is a wonderful place to purchase unique and high quality Arts and Crafts gifts (or keep for yourself!!) hand made by local craft artisans.
